Yeh of course, but when you shatter the GS/EB with Flurry follow with IL also?
It's what i've been doing, but i feel my dps is a bit low. Was Just confirming.

Question, are we shattering an IL after GS/EB casts like the standard IV rotation?
I'm not seeing it in the SimC APL so leading me to believe we only cast IL on FoF proc.

I think i'm wasting DPS by shattering the IL's after these spells.

Probably best thread for the questions forum mate, but just cast them out, this avoids munching procs.
You don't want to try and game IF, by focusing on it too much you'll lose procs and dps. Just treat IF as a passive buff.

Can someone explain the "shattering" process of frostbolt to GS?? also, what kind of crit cap am i looking at ?? i have about 25% crit, but 72% mastery and 3% vers. I use Fury of the Burning Sky and SSFC (875, mastery proc trink) should i be using infernal writ over SSFC??? or even my 870 oakhart.....

Loving GS, find it much more consistant and easier to play.

Logs have same bosses, TV on the right, GS on the left.
In TV's defense i was playing around with different talents.

Gonna try this tomorrow night on H NH farm, TV spec has been rather lackluster for me coming into the patch and finding my simC for TV grossly inflated to what i can pull off in raid.
Here's to hoping on getting some consistency around this spec.

Hello friends, with old mate 7.1.5 hitting us today and the IL buff incoming.
Is it going to be a greater priority to hit shatter cap or should i keep my haste as my primary stat?

With Bone chilling:
Precast Ebonbolt > Frozen Orb > FBomb (If talented) > IV > Normal IL dump

With RoF:
Precast Ebonbolt > Frozen Orb > RoP > IV > Dump until RoP wears off > RoP > RoF

Both asuming you're running TV.

If it doesn't get nerfed soon, it probably will do come NH. Everything in there has mastery on it, NH gear is basically heaven for this spec. lol

In terms of Artifact traits, did anyone go for Black Ice first? How is the damage output on it? Thanks Frosted, will sim my mage tonight and see if my spellpower is high enough for this to be viable over the +125 food. At my gear level I'm sceptical. I'm sure as i progress through HFC a bit more i will switch.
