I know this forum is usually used for PvE, but does anyone know if spamming GP is better than your regular rotation of fireball>fire blast>pyroblast?

And since this is normally a PvE forum, would spamming GP on a elite world boss be more DPS than the regular rotation?

I'm actually very confused on how to read the trinket chart by Zulandia. anyone care to dumb it down for me?
