Just a simple question I'm assuming. Are the traits for relics when you put them in The netherlight Crucible randomized or are they always the same per relic? For example, if I got the same Frost Relic off the same Boss 3 times and put each of those three in The netherlight Crucible, would the trait...

It's not that fire is bad. Far from it. I've been Frost since vanilla, up until Legion. It was great, slowing enemies like "Iiiiiii wiiiilllll geeeeet youuuuuu." While I run around out of harms way. But with Legion, I wanted to do more damage! So I went Fire! And I was shooting pyroblasts like BOOM ...

@OP, are you using the legendary gloves with your setup? I've noticed you are far less likely to have all three charges of Phoenix Flames up if you do, so that's why I was curious. If not which legendaries are you using? The bracers I'm sure, is the other one the belt?

Yeah I'll have to keep messing with it to see if there's a way to get it to work well. Currently my default is 57% crit.

At least on paper 10% damage during combustion certainly doesn't seem as good as a constant 10% bonus at most times from tier 20.

I've never been the highest DPS in the group, but just today I was able to switch to my Tier 21 4 set + Pyrotex Ignition Cloth Legendary gloves. Switch talents to RoP and Kindling. I fought Argus, and was barely able to pull 1 million DPS, like, I barely tapped it. I only had about 1 minute or less ...
