For min-maxing perposses I was wondering when it is ok to cast a regular IL in order to maintain the stacks for FO and/or ebonbolt. I haven't focused on it but I believe it has potential to be a DPS increase to maintain to 6 stacks if CDs are almost up.

Try wearing the 4 pc 2pc for tier 20-21 it's a huge dps increase. Im simming around 1.9ish millions with it on verse other gear
