but during a conserve phase do I just use Arcane Barrage right at 4 stacks?

What can i do during fights to improve my DPS??

I have a strong burst, but when it goes to conserve my dps dips a lot... I sim at 1.95 mil but I'm not hitting that. anything I can do?
