I too have a question about the brain storm rotation: Do you evocate when your pull timer is at 6 seconds and begin the fight casting charged up into burn phase, or do you begin the fight normally, save arcane power and burn to 0, evocate, ap, and burn again?

Is there any number of targets with 3 "Explosive Echo" azurite traits where you would just spam Arcane Explosion endlessly?

What about trinkets, is the darkmoon deck any good for arcane?

When Arcane Power comes back up during the Arcane Pressure "execute phase" , does that alter the rotation at all?
