Do you people use the Overwhelming Power trait? In raid or m+? Is the losing stacks on damage very punishing?

I have a piece with this and gutripper and the sim is very close with a slight advantage for overwhelming power, but I'm not too sure if it's worth the risk.

I was doing mythic yesterday and had my blink constantly not move me at all or move me backwards on Taloc, making stacking on tank harder than it should be.
There were 2 other mage guidies and neither had the problem so idk what's going on but it's very consistent for me.

Brainstorm is going to be changed:

•(Arcane) Brain Storm: Duration increased to 30 seconds, Intellect bonus reduced by 75%

What's the impact in the brainstorm playstyle?

the impact is that it's now trash
as always blizzard's nerfs are over the top

This guide is up to date, right? Do I understand well and I'm not supposed to cast arcane missiles during arcane power at all? And only use PoM at the very end of it (why?)?
