What if Glacial Spike always dealt damage to non player characters as if they were frozen?
I feel like this would prevent “feels bad” moments in the rotation and would encourage players to spend brain freeze procs as they are earned/cast ebonbolt off cd. As of right now my greatest frustration with the spec is holding 5 iciciles as I fish for a brain freeze proc when ebonbolt is on cooldo...
