Ye sorry old memory from the past, corrected. So if i have two procs i will just pop them both off and dont use fb inbetween?

Hey! I have been popping my FoF procs off after Fb unless there is cleave or movement involved. I have seen some mages popping always them off, even if there is 2 procs available they will spend them all straight away. Which is way is better?
