Keep in mind that the 4pc can be overwritten and you'll lose one proc due to AB'ing up to higher charges.
Afaik that's bigger dps loss than using AM at low charges.

If you just want to get a grip of the basics then stick to target dummies. If you want to take it further just queue LFR and train on bosses where mechanics are integrated into your play, eventually you'll get the hang of it.

I just have the 4pc tracked by pure principle, you could probably play Arcane w/o tracking the 4pc but for Fire it's highly recommended you track it since losing an instant pyroblast can affect your damage a lot.
