So far it looks like there isn't much "gaming" this ability. You pretty much want to start the channel right before a frostbolt gets off, then two more frostbolts, immediately casting an Ice Lance when the the third one gets off. If there are any other ways to squeeze more dps out of it I'd like to ...

Stormrage has gotten better. It was soooo bad before though.

That's right folks, straight from Blizz themselves. They have doubled server capacity, fine tuned instance servers, and given everyone 5 free days of play time (given account was active) I personally just logged in to Stormrage with zero queue, and it felt really good. http://blue.mmo-champion.com/t...

You will want to take any 630 gear over your sets.

I would just keep your cool until more balancing comes out. You will never know when another talent, or spec for that matter, will become king after Dec 2nd.

I don't have any Sims or logs to support it, but Midwinter posted their logs from the Blizzcon raid competition and their Mages were using it. I believe it will come down to a fight by fight basis on if you use it or not, but if a boss is tanked in place long enough, it seems to take the cake. Sorry...
