Nothing had changed that I'm aware of and I had cast it all over the room just to check if it was an overlap issue. Another mage in my raid had the same issue that night as well.

Myself and a fellow Arcane mage both experienced RoP not registering during encounters this evening. After numerous casts in all places it randomly registered anywhere from 15-30 secs into the fight. I doubt I can replicate it but it seems like it's happened a few times to other players.

Every weekend I smoke a few racks of ribs. These are from awhile back but still tasty nonetheless.
