I can get it to consistently work with arcane and fire, you sometimes pull a little bit early so I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to get yelled at.

You need crit trinket and some luck to not use IB on pull, I've had back to back attempts where I lose heating up from lack of crits and the pull is dead.

You don't have to use PC to do it, you just need a second target and if you play fire for single target you use crystal so it really isn't that uncommon.

It works, you just have to figure out the travel time of arcane bar based on range so you don't pull too early and get yelled at by everyone in your raid.
