Personally I burn from within the 25-30seconds window. 20 seems a bit low.

You must be lucky as hell because, half of my burns I hit 50% mana with like 8 sec left on evo due to lack of missiles.

Ice Floes on Shift+E, have a naga, Fireball on M2, Pyro Shift+M2, IB M3, PTT M13 (the front of the 2 top buttons behind LC / RC).
I use bartender and have a fairly packed few bars M1-M9 Q E R F C V MWU MWD shift and alt modifiers on all of those. M10-M12 are mounts / food / misc
