Leave your enchants as they are, and actually practise the spec.

Early on it's all about controlling imps and voidfiends not really DPS. Once he hits final phase and starts casting overwhelming chaos you need to burn him down ASAP. He's hitting the entire raid for 250k each every 10 seconds. There's only so long your healers can sustain this before death.

I'd play the spec you prefer the most TBH. Frost tends to have the edge on Arcane at lower gear levels, and also when you don't have tier and trinkets.
