What about using them both (prepot+pot)? DG for CDs without TW and PP when we use TW? My thinking is that because of PP long duration it could benefit more during BL. It might be totally wrong so can someone who know how to put it into simc try it? Thanks.

Very rare but i've had it happen to me a couple of times.

I had that issue sometimes on beta (~200ms from EU), but it is ok on live (~40ms).

Before raid releases we will have both important main perks (PF and PI) so it doesn't matter which patch you will choose first that much. personally i would never cast more then 2 AMs on my PC during the burn, the damage just isn't as good as AB.

No. You only target the boss with missiles in that scenario. Then you spam AB into crystal while missiles are going into boss. Mouse over macros help with this. UM should be better with class trinket not with T18 - you are mixing it up a bit (Patchwerk fight realy doesn't represent most bosses so don't take simcraft too seriosly).

Since PC PoF sims higher than OP and PoF but only slightly wouldnt it be reasonable to just run OP and guarantee not messing up the trinket for more reliable dps? I am not so deep into simcraft to recognize the calculation of the trinket but the % of the buff uptime was the same for me with crystal...

Arcane 2p and 4p looks now much better but bigger proc chance would be nice to make dps a bit more predictable and consistent.
