With tome, you just burn until AP is over, then evocate.

I have 4pc and class trinket and it's near impossible to consistently use all my FoF procs before my generators (orb and WJ) come back up. If you have a generator available and still have 2+ FoF procs remaining, is it better to spam lance to use up the procs, then use orb and WJ as soon as possible?...

Yeah, I agree in principle. I wish pulls were more consistent so that back to back procs were more consistent. Just trying to choose the lesser or two evils because having back to back procs help a lot with smoothing out bad RNG openers. And yes Komma, I am well aware of your opinion on fruit basket...

When you're precasting with fruit basket, the trinkets proc before the cast, as opposed to the normal opener, where your trinkets proc after the pyro cast is complete. So with fireball having a shorter cast time, you end up with having more trinket uptime.
