The implementation in SimC was fixed to line up with their behavior in game. Previously they were modeled as only having a chance to proc on cast of AM, but in reality they proc on each tick.

In your Cinderstorm sims, how are you using Cinderstorm? As close to on cd as possible after using HU/Pyro procs?

AMR percentiles are too high. Your log on WCL would only be 84th percentile for 672 Arcane mages. Which is still high because very few if any of the best Arcane mages are 672 ilvl.

Looks like Copeland's was nerfed on PTR. Tooltip was showing me 1100 spellpower. Looking at the character sheet, I was getting 1210 spellpower, still well below the 1467 we are getting now.

Copeland's has been 1100 spellpower since like week 2 of the expansion.

You cast (Jet) FB > FB > FoF IL. The FoF IL will hit before the FB does, resulting in no munched FoFs.

Keep in mind that it is not a +25% boost to icicles, as ~half of your Icicles damage is from FFB.
