Ran some quick sims on the T19 NH M profile. Doesn't look like there are any haste breakpoints at all, especially since the error range on this was ~500 DPS

For future reference I had the following happen:
Explode the sheep in Stormheim.
Go to Stormwind, get a "..." emote from an Elwyn Sheep.
Go to the event location & nothing happened.
Waited until after weekly maintenance
Went back to event location.
Event happened.
Got the appearance.

Just so people are aware: 7.1.5 trinket graphs haven't been run yet as I've been waiting for todays trinket hotfixes. Once simcraft is updated for those I'll be able to run them, so it's probably mid/late this week at the earliest.
