It's been hotfixed out now, so you're no longer missing anything!

Yeah noticed a lot when I was trying stuff on zakuun, it's when the crystals end time and ring explosion is identical and the ring explosion damage hits the crystal as its disappearing and doesn't have the "time" to pulse the damage to the boss/whatever else is near

There will most likely be catch-up mechanics for your other specs' artifacts but not for alt catch-ups
