So it seems The Stars' Design still drops from Suramar, but it's gated by Artifact Knowledge 5. I will get my AK5 in 4 hours, already got myself a tank to farm mobs. Fire mages get Felo'melorn (Kael'thas' weapon, teased in the Gamescom presentation) Frost mages get Ebonchill, Greatstaff of Alodi (shown on the expansion website) ...
