is there a way for me to sim if blizzard is worth using in my single target rotation? also where do you fit it in? do you just cast it on cool down or just when you have no FoF?

are we using blizzard in our single target rotation now?

It would be nice if Thermal void extended chilled to the core duration. I do agree that bone chilling feels awkward because frost is about spamming ice lances and you are not going to keep bone chilling stacked during a long period of burning thru FoF

I have been using this guide for pre patch and I gotta say Ray of frost is pretty hilarious. its doing sooo much of my damage.
