Has there been any theorycrafting for defensive traits?

I've found plenty of research on the dps traits, but other then Icy-Veins, basically nothing on defensive traits.

I've been having the exact same problem, it's so difficult to find the exact relic_id for the relics without resorting to actually putting it in the weapon.

I'm kind of interested in the new Arcane mastery change, there are both positives and negatives about it. Positives You'll be able to burn whenever you want without worrying about messing up your burn/conserve phase. This will make Arcane much more consistent for fights with frequent target switchin...
