At 835 warforged, it has 827 crit rating and and a 7660 spellpower proc that has a little bit under 20% up-time on most bosses.

There is a dragon nest littered with dead sheep just north of Aggramar's Vault in Stormheim. I can't help but think this is somehow connected.
