I figured I'd use both defaults. There's my problem. 5 min vs 7 min.

I downloaded simulationcraft today. Sim is 121.8k. Beotorch sims me at 134k. Why is the disparity so large?

Bec as you approach 740 and BIS items your haste will drop to 1800ish. Check the gear on the simulationcraft profile for a BIS list. There is no breakpoint. Go all haste until you about 740 ilvl then you can go mastery.
