Is it for Fire and you have high Haste? Maybe you run out of mana with WitD+EM.

Haste has a breakpoint at ~1800 Haste. If you've been switching around that value, you have your answer.
This again shows that simming after every piece of gear you get is quite useful.

Tip: Use Living Bomb ~1s - 0.5s before he start casting Eye of Gul'dan (watch DBM timer). Eyes spawn at boss and then move away. This way LB will spread to all of them when they are still stacked.

It somewhat did. In 7.1 it said ~86.000 damage and now in 7.1.5 it is ~119.000 damage.

What gem type do we go for as frost? All haste? Any exceptions?

You should use one int gem.

I've tried to sim myself in simcraft for 7.1.0 and 7.1.5 and in second case it shows 33k more dps (with same talents and gear) The current 7.1.5 SimCraft does not have to reduction of secondary stats. So you are running it with current crit-values which obviously won't be realistic. R.I.P Flame Pat...

Get some enchants on your gear and try Kindling instead of Cinderstorm.

We are almost as powerful as Khadgar... why can we not get a raven shapeshift like him?

Khadgar only turns into a raven because he wields Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian.

Fire feels very weak right now. I'd be playing Arcane or Frost right now if I had some decent artifact relics.

You don't need to look for the gem id. All you have to do is tell SimC what gem you would like to use. AMR advantage is that it is super easy to configure new trinkets/relics/... but when in doubt, I'd always trust SimC.

You should try to get at least 1800 Haste. This will allow you to use one additional GCD during Combustion.

Besides that you really should use flasks and pots (if you can afford them). They are a nice boost.
