I had seen that topic, but it just looked like someones assumptions and they hadn't actually tested it.

Does anyone know how this trinket interacts with arcane charges?

1. Mana cost = (Base mana - Trinket Reduction) * Arcane Charge multiplier
2. Mana cost = (Base mana * Arcane Charge multipler) - Trinket Reduction

If it is the first instance, this trinket at iLvl 900 actually sounds quite strong.

If you are having problems with mana, you are probably better off stacking Mastery until you get a legendary that helps with your mana.

Once you get the legs, or to a lesser degree the helm/bracers, you can start removing mastery in favour of crit and haste.

Missing a food buff, but i don't know how much more that would affect you. But also the boss died during your 4th AP, so im guessing your simulation would probably be a shorter fight that included full AP durations, which would increase your average DPS.
