I would like a macro for switching Tier 7 talents. Would like it to have the icons and tooltip showing and changes auto when i switch talent.

I'm wondering if there are some followers who are better than others? if so wich ones are priority to lvl and equip?
I myself have started focusing in Milhouse Manastorm just coz i recognize him from other expansions
