I'd like to ask : recently Galvanizing Spark has been nerfed and i wondered if the Azerite Traits Sim were updated cuz we still see Galvanizing Spark on the top (HeroDamage/IcyVeins/WowHead).

You should sim yourself and configure Pawn to calculate this for you.

Kindling is very strong, gives us more Combustion casts.
Cinderstorm is strong on any number of targets, ensure they are already affected by Mastery: Ignite.

So could we say :

1 Target : Kindling as efficient than CiS
and
Multiple Target : CiS more efficient than Kindling

?

Believe the guide states that outside of combustion it's always best to cast an hs pyroblast after casting eg. Fireball.
