Is this a tooltip/datamining bug, or did Evocation's cooldown get doubled?

Blizzard already confirmed that the 60% cost increase was just a tooltip bug and the spell always had the 125% modifier.

I think the new Quickening may have ended up being even more ridiculous than the old one given how quickly it would stack up. If you've got logs of the fight, look at the timeline section for what they're casting at that point and exactly how much damage it's doing. It might give you some insight into what they're doing differently.

Unfortunately I've been having waaaay more success with the No-Barrage rotation than the "normal conserve" one. I've been having reasonable success with the ABAB burn cycle, encounter allowing (Mythic Elerethe is a colossal pain as Arcane as is, let alone while trying to fit in burns at the right time). Is it just me or does the Arcane Orb change seem inconsequential? Surely 17% more damage isn't going to come close to the benefit that a stacking haste buff provides?

Brain Freeze now also increases the damage of your next Flurry by 50%. Waterbolt damage increased by 25%. Water Jet damage increased by 100%. It used to be that you could reset your daily roll by relogging, but Blizzard quickly hotfixed it.

Now it's back to trying once a day when entering your class hall to see if you get Metcalf's emote. No glitches involved, just an absurdly low chance of occurring.

Its important to note that during the time you are performing the pseudo conserve rotation, you are still dealing increasing dps with your Nether Tempest, because it is ticking for many ticks during the time you have 30-42 Quickening.
