Barrages only target healers. If your raid positions with that in mind then you never have to deal with them coming your way at all.

What was the fight? If it is patchwork, there is no movement, so the talent row is irrelevant.

Crit is still the engine that drives fire's damage. Pyroblast and ignite outside of combustion windows is still vital, and the Phoenix will proc more regularly with more pyro casts. Crit is essential way beyond the relatively low Sandman's "soft cap".

I may be nitpicking, but in the future, you may want to refer to mastery as either mastery, or MA for short. MS is generally accepted as the abbreviated form of multistrike.

That would be broken and amazing. Or something like: Casting Inferno Blast doubles the current value of Ignite for 2 seconds. That could help with single target, but would break aoe and cleave.

When it comes to weapons and trinkets, it's almost always better to go for item level. The chunk of spellpower from weapons, and the weight given to proc power on trinkets will outweigh 50 secondary stats almost every time.
