Its an easy fix though and they need to change it. Just let winters chill expire if it got hit by an ice lance or the time runs out.

But you get it 3 times during Flurry. You may use 2nd, then 3rd. Both only once.

Simply because the bosses live longer making this talent better than it already is.

It often sims higher, because it is broken on sims. I asked Frosted, if it could be fixed, but he didn't reply (probably haven't seen it). I (and many others) predicted that firestarter, occasional adds, mi, 2p and the belt, all go into nice combo to devalue crit and value haste. I did 99% on H Guld...

To generate stat scales string SC have to take a "step" - increase value of one of your stats. Probably this step is bigger than 1,3% you are missing to cap.

They would feel "we gave them enough" and won't touch fire anymore. That's how I see it.

But why do you even bother playing ST on a dead spec? If you want m+, you need a lot of mastery, if you want ST damage, better spec frost.

Well, during the first 84m even fire does nice job. What's it capable of? High ST while available to spec Comet Storm?
I imagine you can YOLO lfr krosus with that, but apart from that... idk.

Was he with water elemental? If yes, he maybe wanted to proc FoFs from pet freeze. But idk why, it's better to do it without BF procs.

There are 2 main builds, one haste-heavy, focused on MI damage, and the other is crit-heavy, good paired with RoP and leg bracers. Choose for yourself.
While I played fire, I geared crit>mastery>> others and used RoP. Helped good for M+ and occasional padding in raid.

Yeah, mechanically it's pretty good, IMO, considering all the tricks you could pull with rune+firestarter or pre-cast bracer pyro before combustion. If only there were the numbers.
