For mythic ursoc is it better to use Frozen touch or Splitting ice?

I tried doubling my mastery almost.. going from 45% to 82%. SimC with the latest profile shows a 2k increase in DPS.

Don't really understand this.

When I scaled at 45% it showed mastery just slightly ahead of haste, int and crit in fact.

Hi all 2 questions please 1. In the opener, why not do the 1st PF (and possible FB) before combustion since these crit anyway and you do not waste combustion time 2. How important are the FB artifact nodes? Im trying to decide whether to do those or the Flamestrike big node. I do a lot of m+ too and...

Hi all, This dropped for me today - it seems like nice stats, basically an 895 ring. My question is -> is it just that? Can i somehow gain something from it? I am thinking that every 30sec I will try cc something -> boss/adds/whatever, by trying flamestrike/frostnova/poly.. what do you think? Worth ...
