Fairly sure last I heard, Combustion was one of the spells not affected by the bfa GCD change.

The main thing I noticed is that my mastery dropped a bit in value for ST, and since I usually don't aoe on High Command I noticed a drop off there as well. I feel like on any individual pull we can overcome the "ignite nerf" due to our inherent randomness, and probably won't notice much.
