TOP parses for dogs depends on your tactic. If you stack dogs for a while and put heroism your dps will go up rapidly. If your tactic is spread the dogs form the beggining your parses will be all the time bad.

You are right. The difference is small but still your opener is dps loss even that the difference will be 1000 dps. If you are good analysis and math expert you can prove that your opener is dps gain compare to my opener.

Depends on situation. But generally when BL is active at start of the fight I use second RoP soon after first. Waiting for recharge of FB and 1 phoenix. But out of BL and combusition I am always waiting for Hot streak and Flame on (if avalaible before I got 2 charge of RoP) and some phoenixs and FB....
