While a few weeks ago I was convinced CiS was the best talent for m+, after running mythic +10s and higher Kindling easily trumps CiS. In a lot of cases you have Combustion for every other pack. I usually stick with Cinderstorm up until 7 and then switch over to Kindling from 8 onwards. I have only ...
