What about Icon of the Silver Crescent ?? Item level: 805 +788 critical strike. Use: Increases Intellect by 4047 for 20 sec. (2 min CD). Is it worth? It alligns perfectly Combustion (No Kindling), lasts 20 seconds, about the time of the double RoP (21.4s) I am really curious about this one as well....
