We did sim and test it that way You just move the FoF line above/below BF priority in the APL to test both scenarios.

So i simmed that way too. For me FoF before BF is small dps boost (wrists + shard). I guess dps boost would be much bigger with item level increase (i have 904 now)

What do I cast next if I'm casting frostbolt and I have a FoF+BF proc at the same time?

Could someone make APLs for both possible scenarios to test it?

I don't think bough is simmed properly. I simmed myself and bough 880+shock baton875 is supposedly my best trinkets. I've tried to sim myself in simcraft for 7.1.0 and 7.1.5 and in second case it shows 33k more dps (with same talents and gear)

Yes but there is almost none encounters where you can cleave 2+ target ALL the fight But our ST damage is lackluster at best.. Removed 757 mastery and added 134 crit and 1,247 haste. Atleast for fire this is a nerf if the stat weights don't change drastically in 7.1.5.

What exactly is to "learn"? Whether Sinew procs within the RoP is up to your GCD. If you can't make it within the time RoP is active, you need the extra Fireball at the Beginning of the Rotation.
