Well, I don't have Alchemy to earn money, so if I can get enough to pay for flasks/pots, i'll switch. Thanx, I will probably switch over.

So, I'm Alchemy right now and I heard that you need to craft parts for your Legendarys in SL, so is it a good idea to switch to Tailoring? I mostly do Alchemy for the pots/flasks for raid, but if I can make enough money in Tailoring to buy pots and flasks, I might aswell change. Whatch'ya think?

I just simed, and Frost sim 9,3K and Fire 8.6K

So, I decided to play Frost this expansion, since Fire isn't even close to being good. I'm new to frost, haven't played it in years so I probably fail alot on my rotation and such, but I felt I did way to low DPS then my fellow mages. I actually did lower then a fellow mage with 5 iLvl below me. Can...

So, I know fire isn't to be prefered before frost, but I like it and wanna stick to it. But I just can't seem to up my DPS. I'm 964 iLvl, 79 traits and I smell good. Shouldn't my DPS be better? Simcraft is just a tool, much like Pawn is a tool. If you're just using the default Pawn stings in the addon, you have a higher chance of not getting proper information about gearing. That is why you should use the custom Pawn string that Simcraft gives you. You also need to take into consideration...

The reason I ask is, I have 880 Oiled Rigger's Handwraps and just got 860 Tier-gloves from Stau Augur. when I sim this, the Tier-gloves with my back, 2 set, gimes 1K more DPS but according to Pawn, the 880 gloves is a 16% upgrade..what should I trust?

I would ignore myself, but wriggling sinew is still extremely strong for single target when used properly during cds. Lexi says the same in fire mage guide.

Yea, 7K isn't notable much itself, but when you look at WS's position in the trinketlist, it's really annoying

Is it for Fire and you have high Haste? Maybe you run out of mana with WitD+EM.

SIM'ed 3 times now, WitD+EM does 7K lower DPS then WitD+WS...so weird >:(

How come 925 WitD + 885 Erratic Metronome sims lower then WItD + 865 Wriggling Sinew? The sinew is ranked lower then the other trinkets according to the trinket list

Am I doing something wrong?

I have, like many others here, a question about gear and DPS. I have SIM'ed myself right before NH, and did a few EN Mythic runs for gear. I'm not 887 iLvl, but can't get over 250K DPS on Nighthold HC bosses. Most other in the raid is 300K-500K DPS, and I'm just above the Paladin tank and Druid tank...

The real answer is to Sim yourself, and if you're not sure how to make simming yourself easier, look up Quin69 on youtube and check out his Simcraft guide, you might learn something (I know I did). If both your Wriggling Sinew and Shock-Baton were higher ilvl, then you would go Shock-Baton + Wriggl...
