Sarox, what if you get a chain reaction proc AND a brain freeze proc, during water jet in the opener, and you have to choose between losing the chain reaction to dump IL (like you said), or spending a flurry proc to stack chain reaction?

Thanks man! I had a feeling it was something like that but just needed to hear it. Casting blizzard on single target must be quite low priority though? Like when IF has low stacks and you do not have many CD's or flurry procs for chain reactions to use?

I am surprised to see that Incanters flow is better dmg, am I missing something or is that just legit? O.o

Well at least it still works if you FB > Flurry proc to give you chain reaction - from range.
