It's not an extra 4 seconds. 4 seconds is what you get from 4 points into that combustion trait. That relic would only give an extra second to make the total combustion time to 15 seconds.

I see it all the time. It's not that rare.

I had 8 chests saved up, and didn't get a legendary. But I completed the nightfallen emissary from the day before on patch day and the shoulders dropped for me.

I think we're better off sticking with our current legendary setup. They seem so much better than getting a second 60 tier through the ring.

I'm currently running the other two piece set (helm+shoulder) from the Arc/CoS for ST, and an 890 Shard for both ST/AoE. It sims a lot higher than my current Whispers right now, so I like using it, especially when shard seems to proc so much.

This is nowhere near close to saying that fire isn't being looked at. At all.

According to blizzard's newest blue post, they aren't looking into fire mages because apparently where's fine, so don't get your hopes up, the cretins in charge of class balancing are leaving us in this sorry state with not a single thought.

For the first sim, yea, it looks like I run out of mana around 400s mark. But after switching out for versatility, I end up having around 60k mana, which is the lowest it dips.

I've actually been changing from stacking haste to getting more vers.
