CDs: Charged up is used way to rare. U could use a Charged up before and after every burn. Evo to 90-95%->Barrage->Charged Up->2-3 ABs to get u at around 60-70% mana (or any manavalue that u feel safe to hover at)->ABarr->Conserve Why would you use a charged up right after a barrage clear like that...

How can I figure out what is going on with my haste? My sim values haste at 4.00 right now, so I get my pawn string, but if I replace anything that had haste with something that doesn't have haste, even if it's a big upgrade in pawn, my new simmed DPS goes down by 15-20k and my haste stat value shoo...
