Unfourtantly due to TF, BiS lists have gone out the window.

The two most common TV set-ups right now are:

- 2PT19 + 4PT20 with Bracers/shard

The helm looks good, not for an IV build but for a GS build.

As you want to be casting FB to build up your GS having it double dip is sweet. The loss of the 8% flurry from our T19 is less noticeable with this build.

So apparently my napkin math was a little off. Did a bit of testing on the PTR with the new leggo and a GS build. Comet storm wound up doing 6.6% of my total damage. With the IV nerf I think gloves are dead. It only lasts me 40s on average on the PTR and feels impossible to even roll it into the next Orb. For that my toon sims at 620kdps on a five minute patchwork fight and 570 on a ten. When I go smack the dummy in the mage hall (All buffed up with flask, pots, drums, rune) my dps is lower. It's normally around 90%of what I sim. So about 585 on a five minute and 550 for ten when I'm hitting the dummy.

SimCraft takes very optional conditions for its DPS. It's set up usually for a patchwork fight wich means no movement at all and standing still against only a single target. It sounds as though you're having too much of a good thing. With the bracers / 4peice / GS all having mana conserving effects mastery for you will have a lot less value.
