I too have a question about the brain storm rotation: Do you evocate when your pull timer is at 6 seconds and begin the fight casting charged up into burn phase, or do you begin the fight normally, save arcane power and burn to 0, evocate, ap, and burn again? I've been evocating on the pull timer. ...
