Look for the legend on the right side. It shows which color is for which ilvl of the trinket. Then you compare colored sections corresponding to your trinkets and ilvls of that trinkets via horiznotal axis.

Sim results are always about your gear and your current stats. Spreadsheet is done on T20M profile which has quite high amount of stats than our current gear and therefore devalues arcanocrystal stats.

Man, with AB mana spent it's clear, but why less AM generation?

On the Buff tab check Finger of Frost and Brain Freeze procs. On the cast tab check Ice lance and Flurry casts and compare to appropriate quantities of buffs

1. You had 29 finger of frost buffs + 23 brain freeze = 52 buffed lances max. But you cast 71 ice lances, that means at least 19 wrong lances - don't do it, it's a big dps loss. Basically without 4t19 it gives you 1 extra mana pool and some decrease of the first evo cd, because after that you go with standard burn/conserve rotations. That's great on short fights, because you can burn longer, but on the longer fights (over 3,5-4 minutes) it devalues a lot.
