Scale plots like the one shown by Kukushi are in my experience caused by OOMing, and this generally only happens when you run kindling

As Frosted stated, 1800 haste is not a cap, but it is - I think - a clear breakpoint. The other important trick with flurry is to use it to shatter frostbolt.

a cast sequence of Frostbolt->flurry -> Icelance will result in all 3 benefiting from WC (at reasonably long ranges)

Yah

If it is not nerfed, and has a full 815 stat budget (~950 crit, 650 other stat) it will be quite good.

I do not know if it beats a crafted neck that can roll 100% crit with the not-yet-modeled on use (I expect it does not) - but it will be good.

In addition to the CM nerf, there was also a trinket nerf - which hits all classes (but mages due to mechanics some what harder)
