I have exact the same question, seeing a 1.89 M / 1.91 M = a small, 0.8% dps loss. (2pc's are 925/930, my average ilvl 956 - 959.) Heroic ToS gear is 915+, making me doubt that more heroics is sensible for myself. And mythic raids, not sure I can find groups to do that. Also, I guess this was Blizza...
