Worth noting that currently pretty much all top parses are dropping PC at 0 charges. I see this changing as people dropping PC at 2-4 charges get their lucky pulls with set bonuses & Prophecy proccing on crystal.

As of the last week or so, I've been unable to get any trinket procs, prepull, with Arcane barrage+racial, ever. I had 99% success chance in BRF.

Is there anything we could do to not waste the last half of the first Prophecy of Fear proc? The usual 10 second ICD after equipping the trinket doesn't seem to apply so equipping it right as the fight is about to start doesn't work.

The pets don't actually have AoE protection at the moment. Will obviously get fixed but might be important when looking at logs.

Fruit basket still works. Wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard didn't actually know that the Basket itself doesn't proc trinkets but the combat it puts you into does.

That hotfix is really weird since it only fixes a workaround to the actual abuse of proccing trinkets prepull. Trinkets should still have their double procs as long as you enter combat before your raid with any sort of projectile based spell. AFAIK the fruit basket cast itself doesn't proc the trink...
