Krosus hit(land) box is really far from the platform, which means your icelance needs more time to land and double IL relies on really tight timer, which makes it nearly impossible to hit consistently. I can usually hit the double IL when I hit 200% haste, but otherwise hard to do so.

apparently if u blizzard right after frozen orb, you can use another "free" blizzard within the same orb.

Blizzards cd is usually reduced by haste or whatever, I can fit 3 instant casts, however usually at least 1 GCD does not align with the 3rd cast and ruins it.

Glacial Eruption is basically on a 1 minute cooldown, so I would say if they bump it to at least Flamestrike level would be reasonable. Once a minute to drop a big dmg bomb can help our aoe.

EU servers, 39 ms, 100 lag tolerance, at 139% haste double IL is working fine.
edit: anything above 125% haste works for me at around 20 yards max. Note a lot of bosses had their hitboxes updated and you need to adjust to land the 2nd lance.

Frost's performance with double IL is quite strong, so I hope they just incorporate it in Brain Freeze - remove the latency/haste trick, but make both icelances shatter and keep counting to TV. The only problem in this case might be munching too much FOF but they can find an elegant solution.

Most fights on PTR are still strongly favoring Frost over Fire, but it has been a long time since Fire received ANY real changes. As much as I love it, Frost feels better and better every day.

Fair warning for our US comrades - you got Skittish next reset and tanks can barely handle the double icelance 1 mil crits. The only one that managed to actually keep up with my aggro was a warrior tank, but stuff like druids and DH were having a real hard time.
