Probably related to the fact that 1% haste racials are multiplicative, while 1% crit racials are additive. In other words, the more crit you have, the worse the racial is.

If you look at spell data from the previous build, you can see they intended to change it from "increases Ice Lance Frozen multiplier" to "Ice Lance deals more damage to Frozen targets" while also reducing the effect. They however forgot to change the number in the correct place and you get this.

Yes, this means that your second (or even third) lust will only last 25 sec, instead of the current 40 sec. You also can't be the first one to use lust if you want to benefit from this legendary (previously, you could start the fight with TW and have someone else lust for you).

I think I found a simple way to fix this for fast/slow time. Yes, you use it on 2+ targets (3+ if you run Glacial Spike + Splitting Ice).

With belt, you still use it on cooldown on 2+ targets, on 1 target you wait for 5 stacks. For AG... it depends, sim for yourself to be sure (generally not worth it on 1 target).

Nightly versions of SimC should be fine to use for GS. But it's worth comparing with the linked APL every now and then just to be sure.

You can restrict the APL to only use Time Warp in the first, say, 4.5 minutes. This should give you the first two uses, but not the last one that happens 5 minutes into the fight.

This is most likely caused by the in-game combat log being sligthly delayed. This can happen in high traffic areas, but I've never seen it happen in a raid or a dungeon.

You could rewrite it to not rely on the combat log, but then I don't think you can handle Icy Veins refresh correctly.

You should try to shatter the Ebonbolt with the instant Flurry it gives you regardless, the damage gain is really good. The only place where this is awkward is the opener with gloves, precast Ebonbolt, activate IV and now you have FoF and BF. Casting Flurry right away is pretty much on par with IL -...
